This was my first time at North River Ophthalmology. The receptionist was was very rude. Whoever is sitting at your front desk should be welcoming, because it sets the tone for the rest of the visit. The lady that dilated my eyes and Dr. Sputh were wonderful, but other than the two of them, no one was friendly, and I would not go back or recommend. I also expressed wanting contact lenses. I was measured before I left, and they said there was nothing else they needed from me. A week later, I get a phone call that I need to come in to be fitted for contact before they can do anything for me. Love the doctors here! Great staff. 4 star is because I've yet to be called anywhere close to my appointment time. But if you don't mind that and you like playing musical chairs then it'll be a 5 star for you.
