Tried this place on Monday. Had an appointment with a lady named Reema. I get to the place and told she is no longer employed here. The website needs to be updated with current staff. Anyways the girl who was working did my eyebrow threading. She did a great job and did exactly what I asked of her. I give her a 5 for the job but a 2 on customer service. She was on the phone the entire time while doing my eyebrows and when I walked through the door. Customer service can use work but she did a good job on the eyebrows. I went for my appointment on Sunday March 8th and I didn't get the name of the girl who was working, but she did a PHENOMENAL job on my facial, eyelash curl and tin, and threading. She was the only one working, so she had to voice between me and the other customers, so it took a while but I didn't mind. I've never had such a good experience.
