Have him to call customer when he arrives at job site so both parties can meet and confirm in detail what’s to be done. Other than that, he seems knowledgeable, polite and willingness to do right. I like the fact, he is a clean cut young man.
Mathew was patient and answered all my questions. Even though the camera was back up Mathew didn’t seemed bothered that he basically made a dry run. Mathew assured me that if we had this problem again just to call back. Great young man.
