They staff at the clinic took good care of my pup and I called not knowing anyone in the area cause I dont live there gentleman told me come on in and we walked in field put papers and they took her back and now my lola is back to her happy self thanks guys

I have 2 dogs, a little dog and a big dog. My first complaint is that the vet calls both of my dogs "he" and "sir". Both of my dogs are female. Either she doesn't read the chart, or doesn't bother to check.
Second, I've been having issues with my little dog being extremely itchy for months to the point of gnawing her skin bloody. I brought her in to Indian Hills once over the summer and was given medicine to help the spot she gnawed heal, which was expensive. No change. I took her again. After barely checking for fleas, the vet said she didn't see any signs of them so she prescribed an allergy shot (they just so happened to be having a deal that month on an allergy shot that was supposed to last 10 weeks) and some medicated shampoo. Both were expensive and neither worked. As I was giving my little dog a bath last night, guess what I found. Fleas. Did the vet not properly check or did they want more money out of me for the shampoo, shot, and medicine I was prescribed the other times? I'm not sure. Regardless of what it was, I won't be back. I would rather drive an hour and a half to our former vet.

After calling multiple vets for over an hour they were the only place who could make a spot for my senior dog on such short notice! Dr.Vincent is the best! she’s was very understanding and helped explain everything I needed to know before taking my baby home. If your pet ever needs help go here you and your pet won’t regret it!

After being refused by so many local vet's bc i didnt have a appointment. I finally came here and they welcomed me and my sweet cat and they took really good care of him ❤️ they really do love all the pets that come in and they will answer every question you may have! Today they gained a forever customer!

The entire staff is extremely nice & welcoming & the wait time was little to none! They were all so kind to my pet & explained upfront about costs & what I should expect. Highly recommend!
