Love Jessica and her work so much! She is kind and personable but also very educated on eyelashes and shares that knowledge. I’ve had a lift and tint as well as classic extensions done by her and have been so impressed both times! Plus her store is a vibe and she made me as a client feel so comfortable. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! Okay y’all, I usually NEVER write reviews but this is by far the best customer service. I usually go to get lash extensions which is always wonderful and such a good vibe from Jessica and the establishment! BUT I went to get my eyebrows microbladed! I was scared and nervous but knew she always listened to exactly what I wanted and did consultations for certain services! And explained everything and educated me as she went along! My eyebrows came out so natural looking and the healing process was exactly as described and was wonderful. She checked on me every week to see progression and to check in.
