Great location and staff is friendly but shower room is genuinely the worst I’ve ever seen at a gym. It looks like they haven’t cleaned it in a year and the ceiling is falling out, so that is disappointing. At my hometown Hotworx it is a walk in shower with a glass door, tile, and even has toiletries for free with it and is cleaned EVERY day.
I eat there often The food has always been great. Customer service is always great and today I decided to go there for lunch and while I was there, I was picking my mom a plate up to take her because she hasn’t been feeling good and she asked for some the day while I was getting in my car, I went to separate the food so I could drop some off to her and when I grab my plate out of the bag all my food dumped out so I went back in there to buy another plate and the lady noticed I had just left and asked me if I forgot to buy someone a plate and I told her no I drop my food and she gave me a plate for free I just thought that was nice of her. I enjoy going to Hot Worx... I can go on my own time, the virtual workouts are easy to follow, showing modifications to make the workouts more or less challenging.The separate workout area is great for exercises outside the sauna with weights, benches, exercise balls, etc.This location is usually clean and quiet (depending on the time of day) and the staff is friendly.I would recommend HotWorx to anyone looking to burn calories on their own time.
