I saw reviews about scheduling and availability. When services are highly sought after and the work is good, people are booked out for weeks. I know that when I get any type of beauty service and need something adjusted in a short amount of time, I will have to use who is available because typically the owner will have the most clients.When you book, know that you are getting a professional service. Also know that people are human and can only stretch themselves so far. I am happy with each interaction I have.

I moved to Tuscaloosa almost a year ago and one of the first things I looked for was a new lash tech. I came in with an old set which Hien was willing to work around and she was super welcoming. I get volume sets which sometimes when changing lash bars can be overly dramatic but the ones I have are absolutely perfect. I was shocked to find an amazing place on the first try. I’ve been going to Gabby for almost my entire time. She’s friendly, professional and every girl’s dream; quick! My refills only take her 35-45 minutes. Was greeted with the warmest of greetings upon entering the spa. I was taken great care of from start to finish. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. Sincere and true during my time there.
