We had a great experience with Fun Factory! They supplied a princess bouncy castle for my daughter’s 3rd birthday, and it was a huge hit! They arrived early and set it up for us, and then came back to take it down. They were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be using Fun Factory again!

We really enjoyed the bouncer we rented! The people who set up and take down the bouncer are very efficient and helpful. Just be aware that the plug and extension cord can easily unplug from each other, so you may want to temporarily tape them together.
