F45 is a great studio and I always leave knowing it was a great workout. They are very accommodating for our student organization which is greatly appreciated. We love them and can't wait to be back soon!!
I have tried a lot of different gyms and F45 is by far my favorite! It is a perfect combination of strength and cardio training. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday is cardio based, while the rest of the week is strength based. This gym makes everyone feel comfortable, whether you are a beginner or experienced. The staff are so nice!!! 10/10
Love F45! I’ve taken classes with Jacob and John, both are awesome! As someone who’s taken just about every class out there and been an Equinox member, F45 is by far one of my favorite studio/gyms.
