Craftsman Roofing LLC's lead person and his crew was missing. These are surely professionals. They answered my questions no matter how busy they are. They will communicate with you via email and phone. They don't mind answering your questions while at your property. They are honest. Every one of their team members are very respectful and nice. Chris went above and beyond for me. While others had procrastinated, dropped the ball, and eventually failed, Chris and his company succeeded in a timely manner. They handled everything for me including working with the insurance company. If you want someone who actually cares about their customers, then choose Craftsman Roofing! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
