I boarded my dog for 7 days, and the staff were very friendly. They’re very affordable verses the other boarding places I called. Going forward I’ll take my dog there for anything he may need.

Our pet used to see Dr. Averette. We were disappointed in every way at Bryant Drive Animal Hospital. We had a prescheduled appointment and waited over 1.5 hours to be seen in a dilapidated facility only to meet with the vet, Dr. Threadgill, for less than 10 minutes. When we paid, the bill was literally triple what we paid at Dr. Averette’s. 0/10 recommend. We will never return.

I live next door and deal with incessant barking all day every day. Can’t be treating the animals that well if they are outside barking all day.

This place is busy and now I know why! Dr. Threadgill is SO loving, care and thorough. He is excellent, his staff is wonderful. Yes - the office needs updating but his cleanliness is wonderful! Prices are SO reasonable. Cannot say enough great things about him. My vet for life!

Waited for 2 hours to be seen for my appointment. The vet was nice and the experience was alright once I was in the room, but the environment was a bit unorganized and there was little communication between staff and client. Definitely could be worse if you’re in a pinch, but not somewhere I’d regularly bring my pets.

Dr. Threadgill and his staff are so kind, and they take great care of my pets! Every time my cats go in for a visit, they are taken care of and treated so well. I recommend this vet to everyone!

Can't say enough good things about this place! Yes, sometimes you do have to wait because pet emergencies come in, but the care I've received for my dog Moose is top quality and thorough. They are reasonably priced and have a doctor who is very skilled and clearly adores animals. I don't mind waiting even if I have an appointment because I know my dog is in good hands. Dr. Threadgill is so soft-spoken and gentle. Even his assistants take after him! I highly recommend Bryant Drive not only for the quality of care, but also for it being affordable. Especially for college students like me!

SCAM!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM!! I took my cat here when I first took her in as a stray. I asked when making the appointment and during the appointment if they could scan her for a microchip, and they said they would. Even if I didn’t ask, this is usually a vets first step when dealing with a stray. 6 months later, at a different vet I find out she DOES have a microchip! We had to contact the previous owner who surrendered her to me, but the emotional stress that put me through was completely unnecessary and Bryant Drive Animal Hospital is responsible for this negligence! I also found out at through the microchip that she was 3 years NOT TWELVE YEARS OLD like Bryant Drive told me. The initial visit I had with Winnie at Bryant Drive was horrible. There is not enough parking space, and I had to wait in the stuffy lobby for almost 2 hours past close time to have Winnie seen. During this time Winnie pooped in her carrier and it got on me as well when I was cleaning it up. The visit itself was incredibly short, as they barely ran any tests on Winnie. Our new vet, Alberta Veterinary Clinic, was shocked at the minimal attention they gave Winnie when the records were sent over. The flea treatment they gave her also did not work. I wish I could give 0 stars because our pets deserve better!
