Took my less than one year old recliner because it wouldn’t recline right (felt unsteady when letting out). I called all around Tuscaloosa and Birmingham. The furniture medics (a furniture repair chain) never called me back. One place in Birmingham wanted to charge me 2500 for a recliner I bought for $750. In desperate I messaged this business and got a response in the morning. The owner theorized what he thought the problem was and asked me to bring it in. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was confident he could fix it.
