Bo Bowe was FANTASTIC! What a tremendous asset to your company. He was very well mannered, KNEW what he was talking about, answered every question, explained issue & resolution, and resolved our issue. And before leaving, he shared w/me about maintenance plan & having someone from office get in touch w/me or mail me some info about it. SO VERY delightful to work with!!!
