I do not know her name but the lady at the front desk was very rude to me this morning 3/12/26. I walked in trying to be see as a walk in because that’s what it says they accept walk in’s online. I am there right at 8, only see one patient in the waiting room,For one she wasn’t very friendly at ALL from the start She said” what do you need “ I just said I would like to be seen as a walk in she said we aren’t Taking walks ins so I asked why, she said they are short handed and I asked can I make a appointment then she proceeded to tell me She didn’t have any available appointments until next week so I said what’s the point and being a urgent care if I can’t be seen “urgently” she just looked at me and I walked out. She turned me away so I went to MedHelp and I’m So glad I did, I the best experience with them!!

Never considered Dr Bob to be my Primary Care Physician because I always left feeling like I’ve been talked down to while he boasts about himself most of the visit, but I always went there when I needed help because it’s close by. They do not answer the phone so hit 0 every call maybe they will answer the 10th time. As mentioned by others he also told me to immediately stop several medications I was taking and since he says himself that he knows everything and more he was willing to let me go through withdrawals from multiple medications at the same time. I’ve always had bad labs and he’s never had answers. If you don’t mind being treated like you are an insignificant little person scratch that I still dont recommend you go there.

Have been going to this office basically since it opened. Dr. Bob has always been friendly and answers my questions no matter how complex. He has discovered problems and took action by getting me to the correct specialist when needed. His staff is always courteous and makes my family and I feel welcome. His staff has always come through with my requests no matter how minuscule. I will continue to use this doctors office. Dr. Bob and his staff get it done.
If you gave this place a one star review, YOU probably suck and eat pills.
Dr Bob goes above and beyond, keeping the best interest of my family and I first and foremost. I have on occasion contacting him after hours and he doesn’t disappoint. Very thankful for the relationship built with Dr Bob and his staff.

Tina at the front desk is the rudest person I’ve encountered in a long time. She snapped at me (and my sick daughter) that they don’t see new patients after 4:30. The internet and the FRONT DOOR both say they’re open until 5:00. New patients?? Aren’t most patients new patients at the Urgent Care? She then asked for our insurance information and they apparently don’t accept United Healthcare - one of the largest and broadest providers of insurance. Just a really terrible experience. Can’t say anything about the care because we weren’t provided any.

Dr Bob prefers if we call him Dr. Roberto!! Just kidding. He is such a great doctor and Michele and the rest of the staff are a blessing to our family. He is NOT a pill pusher so do not go to him looking for that. His standards of practice are top notch and he is very knowledgeable. Our whole family uses him. We drive 50 mins to go to them.

Recently moved to Trussville and needed to have my son seen. This place, from the people to the facility, was fantastic. Very little wait time & everyone was so good to us. Dr. Bob is super nice...and funny! 10 out of 10, recommend! My family will be using Premier Urgent and Family Care from now on!

Great Medical facility which I now have Dr Gilbert as my primary physician. I had a heart murmur which my previous physicians didn’t consider serious. Not Dr Bob. He sent me to a cardiologist who found a serious valve issue that requires surgery. Ms Josalynn the nurse is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’m not crazy about heart surgery but it’s better than the alternative. Web Patient Portal is awesome. Very knowledgable and friendly staff.
