I want to give the salon another chance. When scheduling follow-up appointments they were cancelled or not recorded. No follow-up, I was very disappointed. Also when I received service the proce increased. This information should be shared prior to service. I hope things are better.

I paid over $100 and they over processed. hair. My hair was limp and damaged on the ends as a result of over processing and I asked for a refund of money and they said no. I ask for my hair to be cut in layers and she didn’t do that either I ask for curls and didn’t get any. Please don’t believe the manager because they lie to make money.Services: Haircut

Doing a curbside pickup is a joke I checked in sat in number 1 parking spot no one didn't show it then said it was a delay on doing the pick up . I then wait another 6 mins no one never arrived so I called no one never answers the phone to any department which is sad feel like I'm calling Walmart now no one needs answer the phone either . So I went in and the store was empty not busy whatsoever. I did tell the one cashier up in front about me waiting for pickup and she said she doesn't know what is the issue with that and called about the pickup . So I waited another 5 mins someone showed up . I don't understand what happen to JCP their service has really been terrible the last past years . No one doesn't answer phone and no one shows for pickup so I don't understand why they even have it if you still have to go in it pointless this also the second time of this happening same experience .
