Love visiting this location as a sweat everywhere! The staff and ownership are friendly,; the studio is immaculate and the saunas are kept on and @ temp during staffed hours ?? This is an excellent location to get your sweat on aid achieve your health and fitness goals.
I joined a month ago and I have been almost everyday! The workouts and how great I feel afterwards is so addicting! I love the quick effective workouts and how I can customize my workout each day on the app! It’s so convenient! The staff and members are always so friendly and helpful! It’s a personal experience but with a private gym feel! I am so glad I made the decision to join!
I’ve been a member of HW since it opened in Trussville. I stopped going for a while. It now has new owners who have done an amazing job with the place! The new owners are some of the kindest people you will ever meet.I walked in and it smelled very clean, the floors were clean, saunas were spotless, small towels clean and available, and the ladies working were kind and helpful!Highly recommend!Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ place I would give more stars if I could!
