I had my first class at Body Shop Yoga in Leeds, AL this evening. It was an introduction to their studio and an assessment of ability to help advise you on placement and future activity. It was wonderful! Julie was our instructor and did an excellent job. We got lots of individual attention which I needed and suggestions for modifications where some movements and poses were to difficult for some us, (me.) LOL
