They are the best AC company, with kind staff from the front desk employees to the actual techs. The technicians are thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They provide fantastic communication and fair prices. They are clear, honest, and reliable, always delivering. The team is punctual and helpful, educating customers on the unit and process. They were able to work a customer in last minute after an emergency AC company let them down. They fixed an AC issue after a two-week runaround. They have a lifetime customer who will always recommend this company. They are the best, and customers won’t use anyone else, giving a 10/10 recommendation.
Thankful for the fast response and excellent service provided by Alex through Campbell Air Conditioning, LLC. I have hardwood floors and I had pulled up several pieces and discovered the leak. I want to be totally transparent… I haven’t used Campbell because I am in the industry. What I can say though is that the family that owns and operates the company is top notch. They are people that I would associate with and call friends! They have the utmost integrity and will always do what’s right. If I wasn’t already in the industry- they would be on the shortlist to service my units. Take this for what it’s worth- a competitor singing their praises!
