Me Time LLC: A Clinical Wellness and Self-Care Center
“Crystal was so thorough in assessing instantly, asking me questions to narrow down how to use our time wisely. She went on from there, using her technique and knowledge to address my needs, and then continued to explore why I had issues, where they were coming from, and how to address the culprit. What I love most is how Crystal used her technique to get relief without having to use hard pressure that feels like you're being pushed into the table, which speaks volumes about her education. She was calm, explained to me what she found, how to continue helping myself in between massages, and showed true compassion in helping me heal. Very professional and compassionate.”
