“I don't have a Pilates studio in my town. I have to drive an hour to attend the classes. The studio is so calming and inviting.The instructors are very knowledgeable and great at helping everyone maintain safe and accurate movements. Pilates is great for beginners, I hadn't exercised in years. It was an excellent choice for me. I have two herniated disks in my back. I also have to have knee replacement surgery soon. I enjoy each and every class.“
“That was my favourite yoga class. The studio was beautiful and the teacher was excellent. The class was thoroughly enjoyable and there was a lovely dog who came up to me at the end and put her paw on me right at the “namaste” bit and she was so cute. It really chilled me out. Hope to return if my schedule will allow it. Wish I would have asked if I could take a picture inside that studio so you could see how pretty it is.“
“Sauna workouts that are Instructor led. Schedule on the app for anytime because they're open 24 hours. Heat up ur room (I prefer 125 degrees), turn up the volume and work it all out. HIIT training is 15 minutes. ISO workouts are 45 minutes. I try to vary my workouts but get 3 sessions in a day pretty much everyday. Best gym in town. Infrared heat and Yoga, Pilates, Hit buns, cycle, row and so much more. The place is always super clean. I love it here!“

“Bandaloop is an amazing space in Montgomery, specializing in yoga and unique boutique fitness experiences. There are creative classes there - most recently they added a barrelates which is a blend of ballet movements and pilates. She also has a burn and sculpt class for those wanting to use weights and burn some calories. As far as I know, this is the only studio offering prenatal yoga. Come check out a class! She has a package for all budgets, not to mention walk-in pricing. Incredible group of diverse instructors.“
