I went in on 7/8/26 From the tech that checked me in, with no wait time. To the tech that took my weight, b/p (etc) 10 out of 10 every time!!!!! My provider was Y. Ferguson. Impeccable bed side manner!!!!! Very kind and compassionate!!!! I pray she is still there when I have to go back again!!! If you have never been to Stopwatch in Troy. You really should try it. I drive 1 hour there and 1 hour back home just for there service!!!! I live in a town with plenty of clinics I could go to but I choose Stopwatch in Troy every time!!!!!

I had my young daughter with me and they had movies playing with nudity and vulgar language. Not sure why these were playing in a doctors office.
I edited my original rating from 1 star to 4. The manager called and said that they have blocked that channel. She was very apologetic.

Friendly efficient staff and the provider was great. It was peak flu season and they were really busy. I highly recommend the online appointment booking. I was in and out before several of the walkins.
