Service was friendly from the attendant on duty. Beds and establishment were clean. Only complaint is that Bed 20 continues to have a non working bulb in the facial tanner. This has been the case for over two months despite continuous reminders. I was told on my last visit that it had been repaired and new bulbs had been put in the facial tanner. It did not work that night nor on my visit today.

This salon is one of the cleanest ones I’ve ever been to. The ladies are so very sweet and know product very well. I usually see Mandy or Zoey, but I’m sure everyone else is just as nice and professional. I have not gotten a membership yet, but I will be in the future. This place rocks!?

I've been with Palm Beach since early 2014, the store and it's employees have always provided excellent customer service. They're never to pushy with trying to sell products but at the same time have amazing knowledge on said products! Love Love Love the environment!
