I am highly satisfied with both of my firearms purchases from them. I am very satisfied with their customer service as well in helping me with the Redemption/rebate program. I will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future.

I haven't had to talk to them about any issues with the five I have. Purchased within the last year. Two last month. I can't get my password to reset even though it says it did, so I will call them and get some help. I want to use my two 330$ incentives for the Conert ll, and the Rapide Scropius Friday. I have had 0 problems with my Kimbers. Nightstar, Aritic and the Redwood round out. I only got the latter two within the time period. Heads up to the CS rep reading the reviews. I am thinking of venturing into Kimber revolver next....I changed the grips with some I ordered from Kimber. It's in the shop getting HiViz at the moment or it would be in the family... read full review

12/8/2025: Had to send in my slide once for sight warranty and then my entire 1911 in because the safety stopped working. Both times it was a quick turn around and everything was taken care of under warranty. Very pleased, will buy another Kimber for sure.
