Kimber Manufacturing, Inc

Kimber Manufacturing, Inc. offers a range of firearms, including the highly regarded K6xs revolver and the Micro 9 series. Customers appreciate the concealability and performance of these products, often praising their quality and design. One customer expressed immense satisfaction with their K6xs revolver, calling it "super cool and fantastic."

However, experiences with customer service can vary. One reviewer highlighted the excellent support provided by a customer service representative when addressing issues with a blemished slide on their Micro 9 Bel Air. The representative was described as pleasant and professional, efficiently processing the warranty request and ensuring the firearm was returned in excellent condition.

Conversely, another customer reported frustration with the condition of a new firearm, noting deep scratches that were not immediately visible. While they enjoyed the gun's performance, the lack of timely communication from customer service left them with mixed feelings about their overall experience.

Overall, Kimber Manufacturing is recognized for producing quality firearms, but experiences with customer service and product condition can lead to varied opinions among customers.
