The only thing that had me concerned is when I call the office and spoke with the lady on the phone, she was very nice, but told me the technician would call me in 15 minutes. I got a call from Chris in a couple of hours, he did say they were backed up and apologized, but overall things went well. Maybe contacted the technician before passing on information could mitigate this in the future.“
