Draingo is the only plumbing company I would ever use. Their employees from the office to the plumbers are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Service appointments are scheduled quickly, and pricing is very reasonable. They are definitely my plumbing company!

Absolutely unbelievable! Service like this doesn’t exist anymore.We had been having trouble with our hot water for a month. Another company had sold us a new water heater without even checking for a leak. When it didn’t fix the problem they sent the same guy out multiple times and after a week they finally sent a manager. He figured out there was a leak and said we needed to pay a leak detection company hundreds of dollars to find the leak, then they would fix the pipe for a few thousands of dollars OR repipe our whole house for $15K.I found Drain Go highly rated on Google. DrainGo was selected by 2-10 warranty after the first contractor was a no show. Communications was very clear and technician arrived near the window of time communicated. Service was completed at 2nd visit (would have been done right away if it was not done the bureaucracy of warranty co). Technician was professional and did a great job with toilet flange replacement.
