This is a SUPERLATIVE company. We had major water damage due to a broken pipe fitting. The flood destroyed much of our hardwood flooring, adjacent walls, and subflooring. Mark Jewell's team were on top of this immediately after my USAA insurance assigned them to the task. Every one of the folks at North Alabama Restorations was polite, courteous, and TIMELY. They said they would be at my front door on day 1 and at 7:59 am the doorbell rang. The workers were very focused and they completed assigned tasks in an efficient manner. I highly recommend North Alabama Restorations, Inc. They have done a wonderful job for us on two separate occasions. First of all, their thorough and detailed damage assessments and estimates were readily accepted by our insurance company (Hartford). They communicated with the insurance company and provided us with detailed paperwork. Once the jobs were scheduled, the work crews unfailingly arrived promptly when scheduled and worked diligently. They were fast, courteous, and competent. Gary Wise, our Senior Project Manager, kept us up to date on the progress and immediately took care of any minor concerns we had. North Alabama Restoration did an excellent job of mitigation at my father's house. They may also be doing the recon, but that is yet to be determined. They were very professional, took care in packing out and boxing up his belongings and furniture. They were extremely flexible on scheduling and always on time. Chris Russell, their mitigation crew chief was very knowledgeable, made sure his crew did what needed to be done in a timely manner and cleaned up as they finished everyday. Chris is definitely an amazing asset for this company. We definitely have his number saved if anything like this should happen in the future to any family or friends. Thank you NAR.
