This vet is really terrible they didn't help my cat whatsoever. My cat would have died if I'd stayed with this vet any longer. Go to Rocket City Veterinary Hospital on Slaughter road instead.

Incompetent at best, dangerous at worst. Called the day before to discuss my pet's yearly appointment yesterday. Agreed that since he had just had oral heartworm prevention treatment, it would be best to wait to start injections for a few weeks. Family member took pet. After vet's own recommendation to wait for injection, my pet was given heartworm shot. Currently watching for any side effects from overdose. Will not be back.
In response to you........ Complete lack of accountability, as expected. Own your mistake. My husband told you as did I that he had a heartworm pill last week. It was YOUR recommendation to wait. We had the conversation the day before and the decision to wait was made based on YOUR recommendation. It shouldn't have been a topic of conversation at the visit. Yet you did it anyway. Jacked that payment up real nice didn't you? Again, your lack of accountability following your incompetence is completely expected. Just made you look even worse. I did reach out directly. I requested a call back from your office manager. The only response I've gotten from you is here to try to smooth over a bad review, not out of any concern for what you did.
