“I work out during the graveyard hours, and this is by far the best experience I have had in a 24 hour gym. Safe, secure, clean, and great equipment. It is small, but they have made very efficient use of the space.

When I do go during the day, the front desk/nutrition shop staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Worth the membership price.“
