I do not recommend Serenity! Unsympathetic, rushed our family viewing our loved one behind the glass, For only 15 minutes. Was not told that we could not view our loved one again. mother could not touch her son one last time. Bill chased a family member out the door saying her wasn’t done talking, after the family told him they were done talking, Bill then continued to talk as family was still walking away.
Our family is so thankful for all the help & hard work Serenity put in during our time of loss. Khannie & Rosalyn helped us give our loved one a beautiful service filled with love & they did an excellent job honoring our culture’s traditions & saluting our veteran’s service. It meant a lot to us that they were with us from the very first step & they went above and beyond to take away any kind stress for our family. They answered all of the questions we had & stayed so patient & kind during the whole process. Thank you to the staff at Serenity & Khannie & Rosalyn for their hard work, their timeliness, professionalism, & their flexibility for making this experience as easy as it was. 10/10 highly recommend
Kent came out today and was very thorough in explaining everything to my father as far as his many options preplanning his own funeral. He even gave him a $25 gift card to use for over priced gasoline to top it off! It’s very troubling times for anyone having to plan a funeral with a broken heart so I’m happy my dad chose to preplan and I appreciate Kent for making his planning a breeze! I hope many others do the same and not leave that burden of planning a funeral on broken hearted family members.
