On March 27, 2026, we purchased 15 windows and a sliding door from Window World of Dothan, AL. During the initial sale, our only concern was the size of the sliding door for the master bedroom. Our sales rep, Jimmy Steege, suggested a 5-foot door. When we expressed concern about fitting through it, he assured us it wouldn't be a problem, explicitly stating he had a client with a walker who could easily fit. I had a fantastic experience with Window World from start to finish! Jimmy came and did my consultation. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get measurements taken that same day. He estimated that the windows would be ready for install in about 6-8 weeks but it only took 5! The two man crew that came to put the windows in were very friendly and were able to answer any questions I had. They did a great job getting things done in a timely manner and came out the next day to get the windows framed. I am so pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend using Window World for your home.
