“I had 5 star flooring install some vinyl planking in one of my rooms. The floor buckled in a small area about 3 feet long, 5 inches wide and 1 inch high. It is still under wanrranty so I called the company and asked them to repair it.They sent out a 4 man crew today 3/6/2023 and replaced the entire floor. The could have reused the planking but used all new material.They did an EXCELLENT job and it looks better now than the original. We are 100% satisfied with their professionalism and workmanship.We would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing flooring of any kind.“
