My old hardwood floors were a problem and we hated the color and smooth surface. They were loose in many places and the floor was not properly leveled during the original installation 15 years ago when the home was built. In order to put any kind of new floor down, sadly all of the glued down floor would have to be removed. It was installed in my living room, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, 3 hallways and 2 closets. I knew it was going to be a monumental job to tear out the old wood flooring, repair and level the concrete foundation, and install all new flooring. Plus I needed someone to move all of my furniture before and after the flooring was done. I also wanted the trim all put down and all of the baseboards painted. Additionally, I wanted the house deep cleaned when the job was done.

That’s a hard order to pull off, but guess what, that’s exactly what these guys do! Tanner the owner and his crew came in and moved all of the furniture. Then they brought a second crew in to literally bulldoze and remove all of my wood floors. Then his flooring specialist leveled and made over 1400 sq feet of the bare concrete perfectly level and totally smooth. I do a lot of home repair myself and I was impressed with their attention to detail.
Then they flawlessly put down high quality LVP and the quarter round. Next a painting crew came in and caulked and painted all of the baseboards and quarter round. Everything looked new and the floors are awesome. Then he has a cleaning crew come in and make all of the rooms spotless. However, you can save money if you desire and do the cleaning yourself. Lastly, they put all of your furniture back into place.

The bottom line is if you want great flooring and no hassle with getting all of the work done at a more than fair price, this is absolutely the place to go. These guys are true professionals that get the job done with no surprises.“

“I don’t usually make posts like this, but I wanted to share our recent experience and encourage everyone to shop local when you can.

We’ve been working on home renovations, including replacing our floors. Our contractor recommended we check out TC’s Direct Flooring, where we found beautiful options (including my dream floor), but ultimately chose a more affordable product from Lumber Liquidators during a sale.

After waiting two weeks for the flooring to arrive, we followed all the proper steps before installation. However, once our contractors began installing, they quickly discovered multiple defects—boards that wouldn’t lay flat, gaps, and manufacturing issues that made proper installation impossible.

When we contacted Lumber Liquidators, we were met with pushback and limited solutions. After long calls and back-and-forth, we were told our only immediate option was a 75% refund due to a 25% restocking fee, despite the issues. Their inspection later claimed the product met standards, leaving us stuck and out over $1,000 with no flooring in our home.

In the middle of this stressful situation, we returned to TC’s Direct Flooring. Mr. Todd went above and beyond—he sent us home with flooring to test in our home and worked with us to provide an incredible deal, simply out of kindness and a desire to help. He didn’t have to do any of that, but he did.

This experience reminded me that while big stores may seem cheaper upfront, the level of care, honesty, and service from local businesses is unmatched.
