“We had a kitchen remodel with Locwood Design, and we are loving it! Tim's Team is efficient, pleasant, and clean up well after the work is done. I highly recommend them. The kitchen is beautiful. They brought cabinets pre-assembled by them as much as possible, and the remodel only took 2 days. They ran an air cleaner. I have asthma, and didn't have a problem during the install. They were able to install a new dishwasher where we never had one, plumbing and electrical. If you need work done, call Tim and his son!“

“I had serious drainage issues at my home and needed gutters. I was recommended to Hathcock from a friend. When I called, I had an appraisal appointment within 2 days. Adam was awesome, was very knowledgeable and explained all our options. He showed of jobs similar to help us make the best decision for us. After setting up the appointment, we were set for install within 2 weeks. The day before our install, I had to call and adjust due to drainage issues at our home. Knowing that product prices had increased, they still honored my original price, adjusted their schedules for me and came out a few days later. The installers were very professional and turned a two day job into a one day job. Once complete, they cleaned up and you could ever tell they were here.Excellent product and excellent customer service! Can’t recommend them enough.Service: Installation“

“I signed a contract with Dennis Kelley of Trinity Metal Buildings on 4/16/18. I was told up front that it would be approximately 3 months before they could start on the building. The majority of the time, a company is booked that far in advance because they do quality work & are in high demand.On 7/26/18, I WAS FORTUNATE THAT GAYLE ELLENBURG did the concrete work for Trinity Metal at that time as he does top quality work. He & his crew completed the 30 x 42 slab for the building as well as a 30 x 20 driveway & sidewalks leading to my home. Gayle also brought in several loads of fill dirt & did some really extensive grading. I have the greatest respect for Gayle Ellenburg, his wife, Lola & his entire crew. They are all extremely hard working & efficient. I have had many residential & commercial concrete projects completed in SW Florida over a 44 year period.Few compare to the quality of work performed by Gayle Ellenburg & crew.They are a Five Star Company.As of 8/16/18, the building is almost completely constructed. Alex Bass of South Wide Roofing & crew erected the building in 2 days.On 8/17/18 the roll up door with chain hoist was installed. The automatic opener with remote & door opener mounted key pad is scheduled to be installed next week.One BIG suggestion to the sales team that will be helpful to many potential purchasers; a PORTFOLIO of different styles & colors of 'FINISHED BUILDINGS' in addition to the 'postage stamp size color samples' which don't do their buildings justice.This may be the perfect inspiration for more residential sales to those of us who prefer a very large garage/shop area. ?8/23/18: The building was completed this week. Dennis came by to collect the final payment today.Dennis Kelley assured me that they honor their labor & materials. “We signed our contract in January 2020 right before Covid hit. Covid brought many unexpected hurdles including an extremely drawn out permitting process, long waits on material & I'm sure much more on Jubilee's end. While these issues were unavoidable, Jubilee did a great job rolling with the punches & kept us informed every step of the way. Bumps in the road are inevitable with construction projects but I do feel that Jubilee handled everything as best as possible. We are very happy with our home & would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, well-built house.“
