Jubilee built us a beautiful home. We love it! They corrected many issues during the building process. They were patient with us answering all our calls, questions, and concerns no matter how small or trivial. Even after completion, they reassured us that they would correct any issues we had and so far have followed through with everything. That is what we call great service after the sale.
We can't say enough about the staff from Matt helping us decide on a house plan as well as modifying it to suit our needs. We had a great experience building with Jubilee Builders. We are absolutely in love with our home. From the beginning, Matthew, our sales rep, was patient, thorough, and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to answer all of our questions, which made the process much more comfortable.
Justin, our project manager, was outstanding. He was punctual, stayed on top of everything, and consistently kept us in the loop. If any issues came up, he addressed them quickly and made sure they were resolved the right way.
The only issues we experienced were with the plumber from Triple J, but Justin stepped in and handled everything promptly, which we really appreciated.

We are very satisfied with the work, and their detail to the new build. The contractor had his hands on every step to insure that it was built to a high standard. He surpassed my personal standards, showing his experience and knowledge. Of course there are things that come up after you start moving in that are not seen, but he did not even hesitate to insure that they were corrected. Jubilee is proud of their work and they have the right to be. Let them work with you and you will be happy with the results. The main office is just as helpful and pleasant to work with.
