“AMAZING SERVICE, FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT WITH KIDS!!! 10/10!!! After multiple bad experiences with my kids’ pediatric dentist and my own personal dentist, I decided to switch to Three Lakes since my husband couldn’t stop raving about them! They hardly make you wait too when you’re waiting for your appointment. I think I was waiting for 15-20 mins (also I am a new patient, so the wait time could be shorter)… At my kids’ previous dental office, we would show up for our scheduled appointment time, and would be waiting 30-60 mins to be seen, sometimes OVER an hour! Had multiple scheduling mishaps, last minute schedule changes (like, morning OF said appointment). Three Lakes actually has TOYS for kids to play with in the waiting room, unlike their previous pediatric dentist… They also make the experience pleasant for the kids and something for them to get excited about (at the end of the appointment they let my kids pick out a toy from their special treasure box, which was super fun for the kids—yet another thing their previous dentist never did)! At the end of our appointment my 4 year old said “I love it there! Can we go again?!” And as for myself, I was throughly impressed not just by the service, but by the thought put into making it a comfortable experience for the patient. I felt very taken care of and comfortable (and I have MAJOR anxiety about dentists)! They also have tvs on the ceilings so you can watch something while getting dental work done (and have something to take your mind off of the discomfort of getting a tooth drilled). I felt like royalty, it was actually shocking how pleasant the experience was cause like I mentioned, it’s been YEARS of feeling like cattle at my previous dental office. I wish I would’ve made the switch sooner!“
