My 2 month old was having a lot of constipation and gas issues, she simply just couldnt pass on her own. She stayed so uncomfortable, nothing i tried helped her and i was getting so discouraged. After our fist visit, she had immediate relief and continued to do these things on her own. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming that I felt super comfortable letting them take care of my little girl. I highly highly recommend for babies that have been having any discomfort! ??

I've been going to Crystal regularly for years for multiple services. All of her services are top notch and her communication, demeanor, and customer service are outstanding! I have had the same services elsewhere (moved around), but no one compares to Crystal, IMO. I always look forward to appointments with her, and I always leave satisfied.

My mother's stove blew a circuit board the Monday before Christmas. Jody was at her house Tuesday morning, quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed that afternoon for an extremely low price! Excellent and friendly service! Definitely recommend!

Recently had a new heat pump installed at my home in Tallassee. It required an upgraded breaker at the breaker box. The installers were able to complete this using existing materials thereby keeping the costs low. I am very pleased with the work and I’m glad to have someone to call close to home. Thank you!

To respond to Wayne Gradwells complaint…he was a first time customer and I asked him many many times during the cut (and have witness) if it was to his liking. He said yes every time. He liked when the cut was done and also made another appointment! Then, 2 weeks later, he comes in the shop saying he didn’t like his haircut and wanted to know what I was going to do about it…. He said this to my 90 year old mother in law that did not deserve to be treated like that. (I was off that particular day) He then wait another three weeks and called me personally saying he wasn’t satisfied with his cut saying he can’t tell if he’s had a good cut till he gets home and fixes it himself…again, he waited 2 weeks to complain which is about when it’s time for another cut and then another 3 weeks to call me. He was very aggressive and rude over the phone. I was not about to invite that kind of negativity back into our shop, so I refunded his money and told him not to come back. One thing he said is true…I haven’t had a complaint about a single haircut in the 12 years (not 17) that we have been in business. I stay booked about 3 weeks out with appointments so that should say something…if you are a barber I’d suggest you not take him as a client! That is my review of Mr. Wayne Gradwell!
This was my first visit to them. They got me in on short notice. I took my oldest cat in for a Respiratory issue and Dr Mitchell saw her asked a lot of questions and did a full exam. Got my cat some meds and gave us a plan for her care. She was awesome and friendly. The people in the office were very nice and professional. Oh and the office mascot is absolutely the cutest ever. Thanks to the Mitchell team for their help.

It was a slow day so they took me immediately. The pedicure was very relaxing and he did a very good job. I had never had just a plain manicure but it was very nice. My only complaint would be that their English was difficult to understand
