AMAZING SERVICE, FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT WITH KIDS!!! 10/10!!! After multiple bad experiences with my kids’ pediatric dentist and my own personal dentist, I decided to switch to Three Lakes since my husband couldn’t stop raving about them! They hardly make you wait too when you’re waiting for your appointment. I think I was waiting for 15-20 mins (also I am a new patient, so the wait time could be shorter)… At my kids’ previous dental office, we would show up for our scheduled appointment time, and would be waiting 30-60 mins to be seen, sometimes OVER an hour! Had multiple scheduling mishaps, last minute schedule changes (like, morning OF said appointment). Three Lakes actually has TOYS for kids to play with in the waiting room, unlike their previous pediatric dentist… They also make the experience pleasant for the kids and something for them to get excited about (at the end of the appointment they let my kids pick out a toy from their special treasure box, which was super fun for the kids—yet another thing their previous dentist never did)! At the end of our appointment my 4 year old said “I love it there! Can we go again?!” And as for myself, I was throughly impressed not just by the service, but by the thought put into making it a comfortable experience for the patient. I felt very taken care of and comfortable (and I have MAJOR anxiety about dentists)! They also have tvs on the ceilings so you can watch something while getting dental work done (and have something to take your mind off of the discomfort of getting a tooth drilled). I felt like royalty, it was actually shocking how pleasant the experience was cause like I mentioned, it’s been YEARS of feeling like cattle at my previous dental office. I wish I would’ve made the switch sooner!
Gerald and his crews were fantastic to work with! His price is fair and on point, too. We had a huge front porch added on, new tin roof, and a large fence put up in the back yard, and everything looks great!
I have only had two visits. However, I’m already feeling like family and Dr. Caroline is awesome!!! The staff is knowledgeable and sweet. I recommend this clinic for you and your families chiropractic needs.

I wish I could buy flowers here every day. It's beautiful. There are a small amount of potted plants that ranged from $20-$60 They have a beautiful selection of small gifts also. Floral arrangements can be ordered and flowers for events are available too. Service was sweet and helpful. I would go out of my way to shop here again.

Our heat went out in the middle of the night. My husband called the next morning and left a message. Mr Johnson called back and came out that day and our heat was fixed. Mr Johnson is a very nice man and takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend him and his company

My mother's stove blew a circuit board the Monday before Christmas. Jody was at her house Tuesday morning, quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed that afternoon for an extremely low price! Excellent and friendly service! Definitely recommend!
Bass Water Well & Pump Service, did a wonderful job on our well repair. They were prompt and Andrew did a wonderful job getting our old well back ready for operation. I highly recommend them for all of your water well needs !!

To respond to Wayne Gradwells complaint…he was a first time customer and I asked him many many times during the cut (and have witness) if it was to his liking. He said yes every time. He liked when the cut was done and also made another appointment! Then, 2 weeks later, he comes in the shop saying he didn’t like his haircut and wanted to know what I was going to do about it…. He said this to my 90 year old mother in law that did not deserve to be treated like that. (I was off that particular day) He then wait another three weeks and called me personally saying he wasn’t satisfied with his cut saying he can’t tell if he’s had a good cut till he gets home and fixes it himself…again, he waited 2 weeks to complain which is about when it’s time for another cut and then another 3 weeks to call me. He was very aggressive and rude over the phone. I was not about to invite that kind of negativity back into our shop, so I refunded his money and told him not to come back. One thing he said is true…I haven’t had a complaint about a single haircut in the 12 years (not 17) that we have been in business. I stay booked about 3 weeks out with appointments so that should say something…if you are a barber I’d suggest you not take him as a client! That is my review of Mr. Wayne Gradwell!
This was my first visit to them. They got me in on short notice. I took my oldest cat in for a Respiratory issue and Dr Mitchell saw her asked a lot of questions and did a full exam. Got my cat some meds and gave us a plan for her care. She was awesome and friendly. The people in the office were very nice and professional. Oh and the office mascot is absolutely the cutest ever. Thanks to the Mitchell team for their help.
It was a slow day so they took me immediately. The pedicure was very relaxing and he did a very good job. I had never had just a plain manicure but it was very nice. My only complaint would be that their English was difficult to understand
