Our primary heating unit chose the absolute worst night of the winter to suffer a major system breakdown right when outdoor temperatures plummeted into the low teens and our senior dog began shivering uncontrollably. I reached out to this brands emergency service line at 3:00 AM on a Saturday fully expecting an automated recording but was connected to a dispatcher who had a technician at our home within an hour. The technical specialist arrived with a fully stocked mobile inventory and quickly isolated the failure to a broken digital ignition sensor which he replaced immediately right from his vehicle stock.
