4 stars are primarily related to the Nurses and Therapists who administered good care to my husband...unfortunately the policies are based an a disease and NOT individuals...everyone is grouped under the disease and you o ly have a certain # of visits...even if the znursr/Therapists shows issues, it doez not matter...a brand new physicians order only alots 4 PT VISITS and 2 of those are the Nusre PT Supervisor doing a assessment and post assesment... when he is have daily issues walking, etc ....very disappointing....why not based on the individual, not what THEY feel the Disease warrants.... sorry, just frustrating....4 visits and we have to wait months again and go...read full review
