I've used AH&A before and never been dissatisfied. I was very impressed that within 15 mins of calling, two service techs arrived. My HVAC line was clogged, which caused a water backup and leakage. Both techs were very detailed in explaining why the issue presented itself and what was necessary to prevent a similar event in the future. Can't remember their names but I remember one stating they were from Pratville. They wanted to make sure I understood the cost and were very transparent. Thanks, guys!!Rose Billingsley
