We were walk-ins, Dr. Amanda Maddox and her staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They welcomed us and were willing to see my daughter, which meant so much. From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
Dr. Amanda Maddox took the time to listen, was compassionate, and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. I don’t leave reviews and I’m not good with words but even if I was there wouldn’t be enough to describe how wonderful everyone at Summerdale Family Medical Clinic are.
They treat my whole family like extended family. They are nice, honest, knowledgeable and very professional. I have honestly never felt better since going.
I’ve been going there a year and I found out a few months ago they do weight loss…. I couldn’t believe it. I do not want to ever go anywhere else. My feelings and issues are always valid. Nothing is ever brushed off. I feel like I am heard and taken care of properly. I actually trust and feel comfort at this practice. Everyone is so kind, non judgemental, caring, and knowledgeable.
