I just moved here from another state, retired. My visits are nice, as my doctor and the staff are nice. I had to use the restroom due to blood work. The restroom was absolutely disgusting. The toilet needs a good cleaning, and so do the floor. The sink was filled with hair strands, like someone had just combed their hair. The exam rooms are dusty and walls dirty. I have never seen anything like this for a medical center. Please make some much needed changes there.
Dr. Alderman,Erika and rest of staff are absolutely top notch! However, the office , restrooms and exam rooms are EXTREMELY DIRTY,GRIMY and DUSTY! Walls need painted, some holes patched.. it's just GROSS! A Dr.Office should be CLEAN! Please, please, PLEASE rectify this nastiness!
The staff is very nice ! However I give it a 3 star because we were 10 mins late for our appointment and they said we will have to reschedule. So we decided to wait . They normally go to lunch from 12 to 1 . We are sitting her and there is a elderly lady here also who was late and really needs to see a doc . Yet there's no other patient waiting 🤔! Doesnt seen quite right to me !
