A few years ago I was looking for a massage therapist and found one at a chiropractic office. When I first met her I explained what I would like her work on, and she completely ignored me. After the third massage, I gave up and didn't go back. I was also disappointed because I was paying for a 60 minute massage which only lasted 50 minutes.
I needed to go to physical therapy after I had foot surgery and I started asking around if they could recommend a massage therapist. Several of the physical therapists recommended Laura. I was a little nervous but I called Laura and made an appointment. The first time I met her, I felt completely relaxed. She asked me what I needed to work on and I told her, and within a few sessions, I noticed a huge difference in the way I walked and felt. I had booked a 90 minute massage, and she actually went a little over because she was working on an area and wanted to finish what she has been working on. My husband noticed a difference in how I was walking, and so he booked a massage with her. We both have been seeing her now for almost 2 years on a weekly basis and we both feel so much better. My husband has actually started golfing again, something that he had given up. We both highly recommend Laura at Massage 31 give her a five star recommendation!

Laura is a great massage therapist. I have a long history of shoulder injuries and she was able to get me range of motion that I had not had in a long time. There was so much scar tissue from all the injuries so it was nice to get relief.

Laura always gives a strong massage with good steady pressure. She’s especially focused on any problem areas you tell her about. I really appreciate the different tools and techniques she mixes up (percussive massage gun, fascia blaster, pressure rollers, steamy towels, hot stones, and suction cups just to name a few). I always leave my appointment thoroughly relaxed. Quiet, clean atmosphere with calming music.

Massage 31 offers a quiet, private atmosphere. Before my appointment, I was able to check-in online, and convey specifics about the muscles that needed the most attention. My customized massage included hot stones, cupping, steamed towel, massage gun, and strong deep-tissue pressure. It was incredibly relaxing, and Laura was very professional, which made for a great experience.
