In the pool / spa business full Monty, from construction, service, and repair.Famly business with a very knowledgeable owner. Prices a little higher than Amazon, but the advice is VERY valuable sometimes.
Two weeks ago we had a new vinyl in ground pool liner installed. Jack worked methodically to fix our cement issues, updated all jets, skimmer ring, a missing skimmer door and ensured per our extra request to change out the old sand in our filter. We had a pool built by another pool builder that we are very happy with the final build so far. However once closed on the contract they became extremely difficult to communicate with. Now that we are in the service and warranty faze they will not answer the phone or respond to emails. "Splash Pools & Spa" has been there for us taking the time to explain and solve any problems we have had before I can even get a callback from our pool builder.Splash pools water analysis service also far exceeds the local Major pool supply store based on her knowledge and service.
