I reached out to 3-4 companies to assist with a roofing project at my house. I chose the companies to get quotes from based on previous reviews and proximity to my location. Rock Steady was the first to respond to my inquiry and Ryan was out to my house within 2 days to look at the project. When he arrived we talked, he flew a drone above my house to get an assessment and photos and he shared with me some preliminary thoughts. Within 48 hours I had a quote. I wanted to wait for more quotes but after one other company came out and saw the shortcuts the other company had in their solution, I no longer wanted to evaluate other companies. We had the best experience with Rock Steady Roofing. They answered questions immediately and the crew onsite were very professional. Our roof looks amazing and we couldn’t be more satisfied.
Ryan and his team did a great job for us in Loxley. He was very responsive to all our inquiries, and took the time to give us various options, guidance and advice on moving forward with our plans. He was able to save us a lot of unnecessary expenses in completing the work. He was honest, competively priced, and very professional. The team that did the work was thorough, cleaned up afterwards and were efficient in getting the job done. We highly recommend Rock Steady Roofing and will absolutely look to call them for any future exterior work on our homes.
