I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Hand & Stone. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of, but what truly made this visit exceptional were Jenny and Trish.

They went above and beyond in every possible way—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in how they treat their clients. Every detail was thoughtful, every moment relaxing, and I felt completely at ease the entire time.

I had such an incredible experience here, and I can’t say enough good things about the team. From the moment I walked in, the front desk associate (I wish I could remember her name!) was welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. It meant a lot, especially as someone managing multiple chronic medical conditions. I’m so used to being treated like a chore, but she made me feel seen and valued right away.

My massage therapist, Lianne, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful approach helped me relax in a way I haven’t been able to in a long time.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at Hand & Stone in Spanish Fort this morning. The online booking process was super easy and I was able to fill out paperwork ahead of time. Jenni at the front desk was very warm and welcoming and my massage therapist, Ivy, was great! Both of these ladies are so sweet. It felt like hanging out with friends. I can't wait for my next visit! I have NEVER joined a spa membership, but the perks at Hand & Stone are totally worth it, and I signed up before I left my visit this morning. I already made my next appointment!
