Our mini-split quit working over the weekend. It is our primary heat source for our family room. I called a few minutes before 8am this morning. My call was answered by a real person. By 8:20 there was a technician in the driveway. And by 1:30 I had a brand new unit, completely installed. Unbelievable customer service! Very friendly technician who fully explained how everything worked. He went over and beyond.
They are simply amazing!!! I called on a Friday at 3:30 PM 30 minutes before close. They dispatched someone out immediately. I received a text from the technician ,Mr. Daylen Holcomb, 5 minutes after that he was on the way. Daylen arrived and within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the issue and started fixing the problem. He even had to do some rewiring and was done within 35 minutes from the time he arrived at my residence. I will definitely be using for yearly maintenance.
Jeremy was prompt, courteous and proficient! He went above and beyond to offer 6 star service. It is a pleasure to have this kind of personal commitment from an HVAC company! Keep up the good work Jeremy.
