While traveling going west across Florida's panhandle we boondocked at a Harvest Host near Panama City. Something went wrong and my inverter/charger got fried and I could not use any ac power. We contacted Drew at VSM and explained the problem. He was busy at his shop in Alabama about an hour north of us. I offered to drive up so he could check it out and replace it if possible. On arrival he told me he was not able to get a replacement but would disconnect it and wire it so I could use my generator and shore power. I'm pleased to say that I'm very satisfied with their service. They are very knowledgeable and sufficient in their work. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for great quality of work... They also do insurance claim work. So give them a call and you'll never be dissatisfied

I was in the process of selling my fifth wheel cougar, and we found out there was an electrical problem with it that we were not aware of at the beginning of the sale. Not only did these people get the problem fixed, but it was how they did it, that just amazed me. They're not open on Saturdays, but he was at my house on a Saturday. And they took care of the whole problem from warranty issues down to labor and I could not be more pleased.
