Security Lock & Key
“Highly recommend!! Security Lock and Key made what could have been a very stressful situation only a tiny inconvenience! Great communication, prompt response, and very reasonable price
We were out of town on a trip and our house sitter accidently locked the door handles. They could not get back in using our keyless keypad deadbolt then as well as had locked the garage door handle and couldn’t get back in using the garage door opener. I called Security Lock and Key and they were able to get someone out within 30 minutes. Heath was very helpful over the phone with allowing me to send my photo id with home address for safety verification and take my card information for payment over the phone upon my request. He ran the payment after calling to confirm that the house was unlocked and the house sitter whose information I gave him was inside. He quickly sent over the payment receipt. The technician was very friendly and seemed to really love his job. We will definitely use them again if the need arises!”
